This guidance was emailed to AGMA companies and AGMA members today. This Emergency Guidance addresses the recent, dramatic surge in COVID-19 cases in many AGMA companies resulting from the Omicron variant. These guidelines are especially important for companies currently in the midst of holiday performances, such as The Nutcracker and other holiday concerts. AGMA is happy to report that Sacramento Ballet’s new collective bargaining agreement was ratified by AGMA leadership, after being overwhelmingly approved by the shop. There are many gains in this contract. There have been multiple additions and improvements to the contract language including EXTENSIVE sections on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; Harassment Prevention; Holidays; Compensation; Medical Coverage; Sick/Disability/Personal/Maternity Leaves; and more.
