The American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) is pleased to announce that the dancers of Dallas Black Dance Theatre (DBDT) have won their union! Just under one month since coming forward with their campaign, the dancers have prevailed in a National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) election. Given the unanimous results, DBDT management will recognize AGMA as the exclusive bargaining representative of the dancers.
